Please arrive for your initial consultation a few minutes before the time scheduled. This gives you time to start filling out registration forms.
If you are having a hair removal procedure, please shave the treatment area prior to your appointment. We charge a minimum of $25 shaving fee. Feel free to wear any clothing that will make you feel comfortable during your procedure (shorts, tank tops, etc.).
We require complete payment at your first appointment. If you are purchasing a package, the entire cost of the package should be paid for at the first appointment. For your convenience, we accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept checks.
Missed, Changed, & Cancelled Appointments
We require a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. We reserve the right to assess you a minimum of $50 for a missed appointment or if you cancel or reschedule your appointment without a minimum of 24 hours. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we consider this a missed appointment and a fee may be assessed. This fee may automatically be charged on the credit card number we have on file. In the event this number is not current, the fee will be collected prior to your next appointment. We cater to professionals with busy schedules whose time is limited. This policy has been instituted to better service our client’s needs.
No refunds are made for products, service packages and pre-paid treatments once they are purchased.
Tipping and Gratuity
A gratuity is evidence that you are appreciative of the treatment you’ve received. Tips are appreciated but definitely not expected.
Gift cards can be purchased anytime in any amount. Gift cards are transferable, non-refundable, and do not expire.
We will beat any written estimate from any and all competition by 10%. One free touch-up for one small area when a client refers a friend.
